The previous TV present host shared a glimpse at a raging flood close to her residence in Montecito, Calif., on Jan. 9. Alongside her video shared to Instagram, DeGeneres wrote that the city is “beneath necessary evacuation,” including, “We’re on greater floor so that they requested us to shelter in place.”
